Lead Massage Therapist
If you are an experienced, licensed Massage Therapist with excellent guest service skills & extensive knowledge of the Massage & Spa industries, our Lead Massage Therapist position at The Spa at Zermatt Utah may be the perfect position for you! Our gorgeous Spa at Zermatt, which is located in beautiful Midway, Utah offers 12 treatment rooms, a co-ed steam room and sauna, an elegant Spa relaxation room, as well as a connected Wellness Center and indoor/outdoor pool.

We are seeking a professional, experienced Lead Massage Therapist to fill a position in our Spa.
The Lead Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing guests with a calm, relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere, as well as various professional massage therapy treatments such as deep tissue, stone massage, and couples massages.
Our Lead Massage Therapist also trains newly hired massage therapists and participates in the interview and recruitment process.
In addition, the Lead Therapist may also, at times, assist with administrative duties at the Spa Front Desk, as well as in assisting the Spa Director in developing and implementing Spa massage SOPs and other protocol.
Requirements for this position include excellent guest service & verbal/written communication skills, a flexible schedule, the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
Must hold a current, valid Utah Massage Therapist license.
This position also requires a minimum of 1 year of Massage Therapy experience; prior Supervisory experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Additionally, our Lead Massage Therapist must have strong leadership and mentoring skills, as this position is responsible for providing excellent on the job training and mentoring to those new to the industry.
