Spa Director

The Spa at Zermatt Utah, located in beautiful Midway, Utah presents just such an opportunity! Our gorgeous Spa has 12 treatment rooms, a co-ed steam room and sauna, an elegant Spa relaxation room, as well as a connected Wellness Center and both indoor & outdoor pools.
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, creative Spa Director with a proven track record in Spa marketing and the ability to motivate our team of skilled therapists, estheticians, and Wellness Center team members.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a relaxing, professional Spa environment for our guests; a strong Spa retail background; experience developing effective business plans; cutting-edge knowledge of current Spa treatments, products and offerings; as well as experience developing effective, unified, motivated teams and overseeing a Fitness/Wellness Center.
Essential responsibilities of the Spa Director will include working with guests to help them feel welcome, conducting Spa tours, and providing recommendations regarding treatments and products; developing, executing, and maintaining the annual Spa & Wellness Center budget; overseeing a Wellness Center; managing a team of 25 or more employees; working closely with the Sales Team to establish and maintain strong relationships for group bookings; research, develop, recommend and implement Spa products, treatments, services, policies and procedures.
Must have 5
years of Spa management experience in a hotel/resort setting, must hold a valid massage therapist and/or Master Esthetician License; must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
An educational background in Spa or Hospitality management and experience working with Spa Booker & Aloha are preferred but not required.
Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
