The 1886 Grill features wood fired pizza and smoked meats with the convenience of advance ordering.
Engaging with our guests is a priority for all team members as is using the guests' name whenever possible.
Duties, Responsibilities, Requirements Be on time for every scheduled shift.
Practice personal and uniform cleanliness throughout shift.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Set-up bar area and request inventory as needed to achieve par levels.
Demonstrate knowledge of beverage and food handling guidelines.
Facilitate order pick-up as necessary.
Prepare, execute and serve beverage items according established recipes and State and local liquor laws.
Check ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
Set-up, maintain and break down the bar area.
Monitor trash and recycling receptacles and assist with cleaning and removal as needed.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs of a fast-paced restaurant.
Understand and display practices in keeping with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Perform functions within the 1886 Grill as requested.

Dating back to 1886, the Homestead Resort & Golf Club is a historical and unique hotel with years of history in the making.
The resort includes a golf course, 127 guest rooms and suites, and a crater that is 65 feet deep and naturally filled with mineral water that continuously flows at 96 degrees year round.
This crater has become a very well known attraction around the world and is a top spot for taking a mineral water soak, doing paddle board yoga or scuba dive certification.
The entire resort is undergoing a rebranding and renovation of all guest rooms, food outlets, golf course, landscape, pools, spa and much more, and the excitement is palpable.
Working with our team allows for great experience today in an everchanging environment with the rebranding and renovation, and will be followed by a consistently beautiful resort with all new amenities that will be one of the top resorts for a guest to visit.
